SELF-SERVICE.

Service to God
SELF-SERVICE.

Having encountered grace, and billowed through the act of serving there comes a very important trait-self-service.
Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
We have sometimes been robbed off such blessings that we ought to have. Citing the fact that we think, we have no "worth" in the house of God. Since we do not minister with melodious voices or express the Graces and secrets of scriptures to the people of God in the world.
Let your life alone be consecrated to God-Holy and acceptable to God, as use of a temple, a vessel of Honour.
2 Tim 2:19-20 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
Paul clearly puts that in the service to God, some people stand as vessels of earth (clay), wood, silver and GOLD and some that bring honour and others that do not.
In service to God the fruits of the self-service to God is tested to prove its worth. You-the vessel, as the service to God are you just mere earth or valuable as gold?
It is very true that in self-service the kind of lives that is presented before God as service may be far from dishonour to God.
Paul adds a good answer to the question how?
How do I produce the works of Gold?
How do I bring honour?
How do I be the vessel of Gold?
He says: Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
Depart from all that seeks to put a blemish on your very being that makes it impure to present  yourself as self-service to God

Be the book to be read by the non-believer outside. Let your body be the harbour of holiness that presents to the world of the grace, mercies favour and love of God. Let your body be of service to God ministering to the world. For great is your reward in heaven.
Many as well, in believing their service is by an activity they are involved in, forget one single important thing – themselves. In as much as God wants us to continue in our servitude to Him, God wants us to be perfected as saints just us his son, Jesus.
2 Tim 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good work. KJV
We must seek to grow in the perfection that we are expected to be.
By being perfect beings of service to God, Paul gives us an advice and says all scriptures is as a result of an inspiration from God, it is the instruction unto righteousness and its result is a perfect man and unto all good work-service.

Good day
God bless you, In Jesus Name, AMEN !!!
