DUE DILIGENCE

Rom 12:11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.

Diligent: having or showing care and conscientiousness in one's work or duties.

1Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they that run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? Even so run; that ye may attain.

What duties are you involved in. what activity do you do to serve God? Are you doing it with care? Worthy of the grace that abounds to execute that act of service?

 Many of us are involved in the service of God!  Let’s keep it up!

But are we doing it with all the strength that the Lord gives?

All the efforts really how it is supposed to be??

It’s not too late. I pray today let's put away the apathy and take charge of what we do for God.

Do not watch on because everyone doing does so with a lackadaisical dent. Standout be the honored vessel.  Be the special one the gold vessel useful for the service of our lord’

2 Tim 2:20-21 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. KJV

If you sing, o sing with all might, likewise you ushering, not forgetting the instrumentalist, or you whose lifestyle is the only testimony to the world. Do your part in the service to your maker.

For many are they that are in the world with a much lesser inspiration and from yet an unknown god which the only reward will be eternal damnation

With the prize in mind we would and should run that indeed we may attain that which is the prize for the service rendered.
