Planned

Planned
Take a good walk or a cool day’s drive through the streets of Ghana’s premiere university, and you will be awestruck by the design and plan of the university. A while ago I happened to find myself in some of the otherwise, unexplored parts of the University of Ghana campus. Aside the rare opportunity to join the wonderful readers of changing the status quo of nanaboatemaa.com, the opportunity also gave me the chance to experience the unique design and great architectural layout of the campus.

An Aerial view of some parts of the university.
The array and outlook of the university has stood the test of time since 1948 when it was founded. It has proven time and time again to hold a significant uniqueness when architecture is mentioned.
This special experience got me thinking. How well do we plan for the various services we render unto to God? Are we sure to put before God the plans we make? How much efforts are invested into these plans to ensure that these acts of service to God are of the very best.

Proverbs 15:22 Without counsel, plans go awry, But in the multitude of counsellors they are established. (NKJV)
There is always the Holy Spirit to provide the best of counsels. To ensure that plans have no other path, than that which we set them to be.
The Lord puts his future purpose for us in His plans: Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. (RSV)
I must quickly add that, whatever plans you have in whatever activity or service to the Lord, do well to include God as the only One to help in the fulfilment of the plans.

Proverbs 16:3 commit to the lord whatever you do and he will establish you plans (NIV)
If we as people of God will excel and manifest the glory of God in all areas we find ourselves, we must be tactful enough in abiding under the presence of God to heed to scriptures’ plan and thence plan with the Lord.
We must always endeavour to remember that, for anything that we do, if we must succeed, it is of the Lord.
Finally, Isaiah 28:29 reads that, All this also comes from the Lord Almighty
Whose plans is wonderful,
Whose wisdom is magnificent (NIV)

Therefore, let us involve God in all facets of our planning process, to attain a future of great success.

God Bless You
In Jesus Name, Amen
